First Production FluxJets Are Shipping. Here's What It Took.

Jason is back from the Bassmaster Classic with news we've been working toward for a long time: the first drive units off the production line have passed QC, and kayaks are going out the door next week.

The Engineering Milestone: Sub-Millimeter Consistently

The key breakthrough wasn't just hitting sub-millimeter tolerances on the revised motor can — it was hitting them consistently, unit after unit.

Every drive unit coming off the line went through structured tank and on-water validation before sign-off. The result: all units falling within 1% variance across every variable. That is the standard we set, and that is what we hit.

This also confirms the performance numbers from our 36V lake test — full voltage, current, and performance configuration validated at production spec.

Bassmaster was a great chance to meet customers face to face and let people see the final platform in person. The response was exactly what we hoped for.

We're skipping the Florida Outdoor Expo to stay focused on getting kayaks built and delivered. Our next major event is iCAST, where we'll be back to defend our Best of Show title for modular innovative technology. We're coming back bigger and sharper.
