This collection includes free downloadable 3D print files and CNC Machin files for selected FluxJet components, such as cable pass gaskets, block off plates, cup holder coasters, and other useful parts designed to fit your kayak perfectly.
Why Download FluxJet STL Files?
These files allow FluxJet owners to easily 3D print replacement parts or small accessories at home or through a local 3D printing service. It's a simple way to keep your kayak dialed in and tailored to your setup without waiting for parts to ship.
FluxJet CNC Files
In addition to STL files for home and local 3D printing, selected components may also be provided as STEP files. These are professional CAD files typically used for CNC machining, laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or precision fabrication through services such as SendCutSend.
STEP files are ideal for parts that benefit from higher strength materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, HDPE, acrylic, or other sheet and machined materials. This gives FluxJet owners the flexibility to create durable custom brackets, mounting plates, reinforcement panels, and other components that may be better suited to CNC fabrication than 3D printing.
Professional Fabrication Options
If you do not have access to CNC equipment, these files can be uploaded directly to many online fabrication services for quoting and production. This allows you to have precision-cut parts professionally made and shipped directly to you, ready for finishing and installation on your kayak.
Free for Personal Use
All files are provided FREE for FluxJet customers for personal use only. You are welcome to print parts for your own kayak, modify them for your personal setup, and reprint them as needed. The files remain the intellectual property of FluxJet Kayaks LLC and may not be sold, shared, or used for commercial production.
