Flexible TPU
The printed material flexes around the cable instead of acting like a rigid panel insert.
FluxJet cable management
The FluxJet Cable Pass-Through Gasket is a flexible TPU insert for routing fish-finder, sonar, transducer, and other electronics cables through the FluxJet kayak panel system.
This product is the physical, professionally printed gasket. A separate STL download is available for owners who want to print their own.
Product details
The gasket organizes the point where a cable passes through the panel and flexes around the routed wire.
The printed material flexes around the cable instead of acting like a rigid panel insert.
The shape and mounting pattern are designed for the FluxJet kayak panel system.
Use it for suitable fish-finder, sonar, transducer, power, or data cables.
Order this item when you want the gasket printed by FluxJet instead of downloading a file.
Installation planning
Confirm that the cable, connector, planned route, and panel location work together before removing any existing component or tightening the gasket.
If the gasket is installed with the rod holder, the original rod-holder screws are not long enough to secure both parts. FluxJet recommends three M5 x 20 mm plastic-forming screws for that configuration.
Turn off and disconnect the equipment before moving or routing its cable.
Confirm the cable reaches the display, transducer, power source, or other connection without pulling tight.
Place the cable through the flexible center and align the gasket with the intended FluxJet panel mounting points.
Use the correct fasteners for the configuration, tighten evenly, and confirm the cable can move as required without rubbing or binding.
Choose your option
FluxJet offers the finished physical part and a separate STL download for owners with a 3D printer that can handle flexible TPU.

DIY option
Choose the separate digital product when you want to print the gasket yourself or through a printing service.
Before going on the water
The gasket is described as water-resistant, not waterproof. Check the complete installation and protect electrical connections according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions.
Replace the gasket if the flexible center is torn, stretched, split, or no longer sits properly around the cable.
Look for abrasion, tight bends, pinching, or tension between the gasket and the connected equipment.
Confirm the gasket is secure without overtightening the fasteners against the printed TPU part.
Product questions
It creates a flexible, organized entry point for routing suitable electronics cables through the FluxJet kayak panel system.
It is 3D printed in flexible TPU, a thermoplastic polyurethane material that can flex around a routed cable.
It is intended for suitable fish-finder, sonar, transducer, power, data, and other electronics cables. Check your cable and connector dimensions before installation.
It is described as water-resistant, not waterproof. The complete installation, cable fit, fasteners, panel, and electrical connections all affect water protection.
Not when the gasket and rod holder are installed together. The original screws are not long enough to secure both parts. FluxJet recommends three M5 x 20 mm plastic-forming screws for that configuration.
This product is the physical TPU gasket. The STL file is a separate digital product.
Yes. FluxJet offers a separate STL download. Printing it requires a printer capable of handling flexible TPU, suitable filament, slicing software, and appropriate print settings.
The gasket normally ships with the kayak when both are on the same pre-order or backorder. To request earlier accessory shipping, leave a note in the Order Comments field during checkout or contact FluxJet.
