Refund Policy

Order Cancellations and Refunds/Returns

Your deposit and full payment are fully refundable. Cancel anytime before final assembly (kayaks) or before shipping (other products) and we will refund every dollar you paid. No processing fees, no cancellation fees, no fine print.

There are no refunds or returns after receipt of the FluxJet Kayak and it has been taken out of the packaging, used and/or registered.

FluxJet Kayaks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any lawful reason and at its sole discretion, prior to delivery. In the event of cancellation by the Company, the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred by the Company in relation to the order.

Refund Destination

Refunds are automatically returned to the card used to make the purchase. The only time we can send a refund anywhere else is when that card is no longer valid and the system advises us that the refund has failed.

Processing Time

Refunds will normally appear in the customer's bank account within 3-5 business days of the cancellation being initiated, but can take 5-10 business days. Please do not expect the refund before then, there is nothing we can do to speed it up.
