Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

A customer can cancel their order under these conditions:

• Prior to the FluxJet Kayak Shipping: 2.5% cancellation charge. This covers the credit card processor fee that is passed onto FluxJet Kayaks and FluxJet Kayaks cannot recover.
• After receipt of the FluxJet Kayak but still in the unwrapped polybag-packaging and within 30 days of receipt: 10% restocking fee plus outbound shipping charge and return shipping charges.

Refunds/Returns

There are no refunds or returns after receipt of the FluxJet Kayak and it has been taken out of the packaging.
