Refund Policy

Order Cancellations

A customer can cancel their order under these conditions:

• Prior to payment for final assembly (kayaks) or shipping (other products): 2.5% transaction fee. This covers the credit card processor fee that is passed onto FluxJet Kayaks and FluxJet Kayaks cannot recover.
• After the above, but still in the unwrapped packaging and within 30 days of receipt: 2.5% transaction fee and 10% restocking fee plus outbound shipping charge and return shipping charges.
  

FluxJet Kayaks reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any lawful reason and at its sole discretion, prior to delivery. In the event of cancellation by the Company, the customer will receive a refund of amounts paid, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred by the Company in relation to the order.

Refunds/Returns

There are no refunds or returns after receipt of the FluxJet Kayak and it has been taken out of the packaging.

Refund Destination

Refunds are automatically returned to the card used to make the purchase. The only time we can send a refund anywhere else is when that card is no longer valid and the system advises us that the refund has failed.

Processing Time

Refunds will normally appear in the customer's bank account within 3-5 business days of the cancellation being initiated, but can take 5-10 business days. Please do not expect the refund before then, there is nothing we can do to speed it up.
