Shipping Destinations

FluxJet Kayaks will ship to the purchaser's address as listed during checkout, or updated by email to info@fluxjetkayaks.com, within the continental United States.

Export Restrictions

FluxJet Kayaks cannot be exported without the consent of FluxJet Kayaks, LLC. FluxJet Kayaks will not assist in or provide any documentation, unless legally required to do so, to 3rd party freight/logistic companies in any effort to export our products outside of the United States.

Shipping Costs for Cancellations & Returns

Please note that shipping charges may apply in the following situations:

• Returns within 30 days (unopened): Outbound shipping charge, return shipping charge, 10% restocking fee and 2.5% third-party transaction fee
• Warranty repairs: Shipping and handling costs and labor are not included under warranty. Returns for repair are subject to handling costs of $50.00 each way plus labor charges.
