Effortless Solo Launching
Getting your rig from the truck to the water by yourself shouldn't be the hardest part of the day. We built the FluxJet Kayak Cart for guys who launch solo and want to get to the water faster without dragging their hull across a concrete boat ramp or rocky bank.
Instead of fighting with complicated straps or cheap wheels that sink in the sand, this cart is a rigid, toolless solution designed to perfectly fit the FluxJet hull.
Hardware Specs
- Rapid Breakdown: Quick-release detent pins allow you to strip the wheels and axles off in seconds so you can stow the cart inside your hull while on the water.
- No-Flat Tires: Solid core all-terrain wheels that roll easily over gravel, mud, and sand without ever needing a pump.
- Precision Fit: Adjustable top bunks align with the FluxJet hull channels for maximum stability (lock them in at the 200 marks).
- Marine-Grade Build: Heavy-duty aluminum frame designed for saltwater exposure and daily use.
Tailgate Assembly
No tools required. You can assemble this on the tailgate or at the ramp in under 60 seconds. Watch the walkthrough below to see the setup process.
1. Align the Bunks: Slide the two hull supports onto the crossbeam. Line up the center of both braces on the 200 marks on each side, then tighten the cranks.
2. Lock the Axles: Press the detent pin on the axle, slide it into the crossbeam until it locks, and push the flat cap flush.
3. Mount the Wheels: Slide the wheels on, insert the locking pins, and flip the rings over to secure. You are ready to load the kayak.
